Our mother was born Annamarie Dahlmann in Neustadt on der Weinstrasse, West Germany and immigrated to the United States after surviving World War II. She is survived by five of her six children (having lost an infant son during war time): Heide (David) Anderson, Robert Weber, Hans (Diane) Weber, Mark Weber and Monica (Tom) Nolan. One of her regrets was not having given herself the pleasure of beach combing more often on Linda Mar Beach.
